Dr. Aves received his dental degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1994. He then completed his certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in Washington DC at Howard University Hospital. Dr. Aves was Chief Resident of the Oral and Maxillofacial Residency Program in 1999 and served as Captain in the United States Army Reserve for over 10 years.
Dr. Aves has been practicing Oral Surgery since 1999. He founded the Tampa Bay Institute of Oral Surgery and Dental Implants in 2010 after moving his family to Florida from his hometown of Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Aves, lives in South Tampa, with his two beautiful daughters, Alexandra and Isabella. During his leisure time Dr. Aves enjoys traveling, playing golf, exercising, beaches and boating.
